Synopsis

When rookie officer Valerie Young answers a routine call at a run-down casino, she’s sucker-punched by Teddy Murretto, a con man on the run from some very powerful people. After locking him up, she researches Murretto’s background, finding a lengthy list of arrests but no convictions. The slow pace at the police station, is interrupted when State Troopers bring in a DUI suspect with no identification. They deposit the “John Doe” in the cell opposite Murretto, where he informs Murretto that he’s there to kill him. The small-town police station becomes an unlikely battleground between a professional hitman, a smart female rookie cop, and a double-crossing conman.
